Nice place for eat and hangout, some points from my view : On parking area Pre main course When eat the main course Post main course On cashier

Based on my experience, maybe I was out of luck and didn't come at the right time. but there is nothing wrong in providing experience

On Parking Area Very lack of parking area compared with the available seat. There may be 15 cars that have to park on the side of the road and make the traffic chaotic. if you are unlucky, you can walk up to 100m from the venue.

Pre main course This place has a unique strategy with a menu that you can scan in the form of a barcode. but you will find it difficult to call the waiter because maybe they are doing other tasks or serving guests in groups

I realized that my table number had been exchanged with someone else's. the waiter protested to me, but what can I answer?

The waiter asked me to repeat my order, even though the menu I chose had a lot of condiments. I just kept quiet because I forgot what I ordered

When eating main course The food I ordered came, but the cutlery came 5 minutes later. I ordered a medium rare steak. there was something strange with my food, the steak was cold and started to get tough again. imagine eating a tough, medium rare steak

Post main course The dessert I ordered did not come after waiting 1 hour

On Cashier the cashier asked my table number up to 4 times. I don't know what's going on. back again, they asked me all the menus that I ordered, they don't think of a good system. for technical reasons i have no bills of what i ordered.

This place is very aesthetic from the visual point of view, great for taking pictures or selfie...

Its been a while since covid19 started more than 6 months ago made us going no where. This weekend we decided to spent at beautiful city in special region of Yogyakarta. And the special one we have dinner with tje whole family in Kalluna resto in Kotabaru Jogja.

We were so excited when got a recommendation from our local friend to dine in at Kalluna.

We have queueing about 1 hour to have serving table, and we are happy to wait here. We realized its a busy weekend for serving restaurant. Finally the 8 of us had serving table and start to order the menu for dinner.

About 1 hour since we have table to received the first menu and the rest 6 menu was comes very late and made one of us feeling unwell because of empty stomach too long. There are so many excuse of "sorry for being late", once ok but since too long it makes us upset. Especially for salmon teriyaki... we had an u fresh salmon serving in cold condition, we're really dissapointed.

The last problem that we facing are, billing. The cashier apologize (again) for not giving us the detail billing for what we have eaten, by technical problem reason, the cafe can't give us the hardcopy bill.

As we know as a consumen, no billing means free meal. And it is not simple to have our rights as consumer. There are so many reasons by the cafe manager, from technical problem, application (P.O.S) problem, and internet connectivy problem.

For other visitor it is no problem, but to me as service quality consultant was problem, and not fair. We don't know the main reasons... may be @ditjenpajakri @humasjogja and @phrionline knows what is all about.

Its ruin our short getaway in...

Came here during a long weekend and the traffic outside of the restaurant was quite bad. Parking space is limited. There was no wait time though. So perhaps grab a taxi or public transport to come here.

We ordered the classic black chicken, creamy mushroom soup, and klepon cake. This is perhaps my personal liking but the mushroom soup was overly savory that my tastebud got overwhelmed after a few mouthful. It was good, but it was really difficult to finish it. The classic black chicken is quite juicy, but in contrast with the mushroom soup, the sauce is a bit bland and one-note. Now onto the best part of the meal, the Klepon Cake. It was soft and light, not too sweet, I can taste enough coconut and pandan. If I want to be nitpicky then maybe add a bit more brown sugar syrup. But the Klepon Cake definitely saved the day, thus the 4 stars I gave. Without the cake, it would probably be a 3 stars review.

Great atmosphere, great staff members. Great beverage choices too. This restaurant has potential, but maybe put more details and attention...
