در مرکز شهر، رستوران خوب کم نیست، اما «ولیمه» یکی از بهترین‌های حوالی جمهوری و خیابان ولی‌عصر است. از همان لحظه‌ای که از پله‌ها بالا می‌روی، حس نوستالژی فضا تو را در بر می‌گیرد. سفارش‌گیری سریع در ورودی و سرعت بالای صندوق‌داران، که اغلب با وجود شلوغی همیشگی خوش‌برخورد هستند، شروع تجربه را خوشایند می‌کند.

ولیمه فضای خیلی بزرگی ندارد؛ سالن آن حداکثر کمتر از صد نفر را پوشش می‌دهد، اما با این حال، سرعت بالای سرویس و آوردن غذا باعث می‌شود عملاً هیچ‌وقت معطل نمانی. ذات این رستوران بر «خوردن و جستن» استوار است و همین باعث می‌شود مشتریان بتوانند در کمترین زمان ممکن غذای خود را میل کنند.

من اینجا کباب کوبیده، مرغ و جوجه ران را امتحان کرده‌ام و همه را دوست داشتم. اینجا گاهی باید میزتان را با دیگران شریک شوید. جای خوبی برای نشستن طولانی نیست، فقط رستورانی برای غذای درست و سالم و خوشمزه با قیمت عالی‌ست. پس بخورید و زودتر بزنید به چاک! پی‌نوشت‌: دوبار دیگر دوستانم را به اینجا بردم و هر بار راضی بودیم. جز نبودن جای مناسب برای نشستن که طبیعت اینجاست، ایراد دیگری نمی‌شود گرفت. راستی، یادتان باشد دستتان را از روی بشقابتان برندارید! چون ممکن است آن را جمع کنند :))))

In the city center, good restaurants aren’t hard to find, but “Valimeh” is among the best around Jomhouri and Valiasr Street. From the moment you walk up the stairs, the nostalgic atmosphere surrounds you. Orders are taken quickly at the entrance, and the cashiers work at impressive speed — usually keeping a pleasant attitude despite the constant rush.

Valimeh isn’t a large place; the dining hall seats fewer than a hundred guests at most. Still, the fast service and quick delivery of food mean you almost never have to wait long. The essence of this restaurant is “eat and move on,” making it ideal for those who want a proper meal without wasting time.

Almost any dish you order here is above average in quality and genuinely tasty. What’s even more surprising than the speed and quality of service is the price compared to what you get — about half that of many other restaurants, yet with far better quality than most.

I’ve tried the koobideh kebab, chicken, and joojeh thigh here, and enjoyed them all. Sometimes you might have to share your table with others. It’s not the kind of place for lingering, just a restaurant for proper, healthy, delicious food at a great price. So eat — and make...
