Pleasant ambience, spacious & beautiful interiors. They start with papodams & sauces as munchies which is a tasty snack. Jumbo prawns Tandoori was delicious, 5 out of 5. Lamb kolhapuri was definitely spicey as Indians eat, but the spices used in the curry were not authentic Kolhapuri masala but still does the job so 3.5 out of 5(can improvise it further), Garlic Nan & G.O.C Naan were perfect so 5 out of 5 !!!! Lastly, Natasha P stewardess who attended us was very polite, humble, professional & one of the best stewardess I have come across. She would give right suggestions, take our opinion on how we wanted the food to be served & recommends dishes based on our likes, run timely check to ensure everythingwas going fine... We didn't expect a Stewardess to be so perfect in a decent fine dine restaurant. Thanks a million for the amazing hospitality Natasha P.

Had dinner with the family. Friendly staff. I personally thought the food was okay. The butter chicken was good. Disappointed with having to buy you starch separately from the mains which is probably pricey. Kiddies meal came to almost 16euro. Compared to other restaurants in Carrick and Leitrim, this is above average kiddies meals prices for 4 small pieces of butter chicken. My vindaloo came with about 5 chicken pieces and two pieces of potatoes. For 20euro, I don't think it's worth what I paid for, and another 3.50 for naan. The Chana masala was also 17euro, which is over priced for a vegetarian meal. I've worked in hospitality for 10 years costing menus, I know when food is over priced....I unfortunately won't be visiting this establishment again....

Probably the best Indian Restaurant in Ireland!!! I had the good fortune to dine here with a bunch of friends last week and I must say I was very impressed, both from the food and from the hospitality. The owner of the establishment was a fine gentleman. He came to check on us repeatedly, chatted with us (and we bonded as we are from the sam country) and made sure we were having a good time. We had a couple of misplaced orders but instead of taking the un intended items off of the table, he very generusly put it on the house after getting us the replacements. Overall, good ambiance, great food and friendly staff. I am looking forward to try spice India again and also at Galway where I am currently reciding.

Used to be great. I’ve had multiple sit ins and takeaways from here. Last time I sat in on Mother’s Day our table was propped up with dirty napkins, there was a dirty earring down beside the seat and the server was spraying chemical sprays into the air right beside my food and drink without even a window open.

I order veggie dishes, and unfortunately I now pay the same price as a meat eater for afew frozen peas swimming in sauce. There used to be lots of vegetables now you’d be lucky to get a single piece of cauliflower.

I’ve tried to relove here but I’m sorry - the prices have all gone up loads and I should not have to pay the same as my partner eating a whole sizzling plate of lamb, chicken and beef when I get afew defrosted peas. We should be rewarding customers for choosing cheaper ingredients, not expecting them to fill the gap for the cost of meat now.

It’s a pity as I really loved here.

I’d highly advise reviewing the rations for the vegetable dishes and asking staff not to spray chemicals around people eating or at all during table service due to the health implications. The tables need updating and should not be propped up with napkins and customers shoved into a tiny corner with no room to move.

Your phone should also be silenced as it rings endlessly sometimes when trying to enjoy a meal. We had this problem alongside families allowing kids to play cartoons on loud iPads whilst other people are also trying to enjoy their experience. Sorry spice India, it’s time to relook at some...

I didn't actually get to eat here. In fact, I gave up and left. Three tables of customers but only one server. I waited 10 minutes before seeing him and if it weren't for the customers there I might have thought it was closed. The phone rang off the hook constantly, unanswered. Anyway, I was finally shown to a seat and given a menu. I heard people at next table, who had been there since before I arrived, order the early bird menu, which I was not offered. At this rate, having another appointment in two hours and not being confident of being served in time, I gave up and left having waited a further 10 minutes. Perhaps it is an off night. It is not like they are too busy - I did not actually see any food on anyone's table. The waiter saw me leave but did not say anything: he may be used to it. The only thing I can think of to explain it all is that he was the only one there on duty at all and so was also doing...
