Apache Pizza Longford — Restaurant in County Longford

I had ordered a Tuna pizza online 3 weeks ago for collection. When my husband went to collect the same, to his surprise he was told that they do not serve tuna pizza, so they have prepared the pizza without the tuna and they will refund back €2!! My husband informed me over the phone about this situation and I was like what the fish - does the manager decide what the customer should have and impose his choice on us? I passed my opinion to him over the phone and told him that they should have informed us that they do not serve tuna pizza and ask us what we would like to do and not decide for us instead. It was then that he asked what I would like instead and I ordered veg pizza being told he would refund €3. We waited overall for about 45minutes. When hubby brought pizza home, complementary garlic sauce was missing and he did not refund €3. I went back personally to return the pizza because of the extremely poor service and unacceptable treatment. Manager said I will be refunded in 3 days but it’s been over three weeks now and I haven’t been refunded as yet. Will never buy pizza from this...

NEVER EVER AGAIN

We Ordered €35 of food for collection. The website had my comments for “NO SAUCE” on the kebab because of an allergy of one of my family.

Before I left the counter I asked if there was any sauce added. And the arrogant & aggressive cook came out from behind his prep counter and showed me his till receipt that didn’t have “NO SAUCE”. I explained that I entered this info on the online order (which I did twice) and he said “SEE SEE ITS NOT ON HERE!!”.

I subsequently asked him not to argue with me as I definitely did enter it. To which he got even more animated and shouted “”ITS NOT ON IT”. I told him to cancel the whole order because of the food allergy and he said “NO I WONT” but he eventually reluctantly went back behind his counter and made a replacement rather than give the refund….. SO YET ANOTHER CUSTOMER LOST - JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER...

The pizza was cold and had a black hair on it it wasn't mine it was there when I opened it , I have brown hair , the chips were cold , the dinner kebab was spicy even tho I asked for no chilli , , this place was good but changed , has everyone gone lazy , it took 45 minutes for my order. The delivery guy came to the wrong door at first ,he was a bit rude , and I called in and asked about where my order is and the lady wasn't good at English , but she was a bit rude , she hung up on me when I was trying to talk to her , they all gave up giving 100 percent into the...
