The customer service at this restaurant is just absolutely awful, I ordered a delivery from chans, food comes was taking it out of bag when I noticed there was a bag of chips missing so I rang them a young girl answers I explained what had happened she was speaking to someone that was beside her explaining what I had just told her she then gets back on phone to me and tells me that there's no driver what you mean I said my husband ordered beef curry with chips she says well it's not my problem what I said thinking in my own mind how rude I asked when will driver be back not for around 45 minutes after already waiting 45 minutes for my order in first place can he not eat it without chips sorry I said you want him to eat curry with no chips she was just completely rude I had to drive to chans to collect it there was 3 of them including the manager and no one said anything to me will not be ordering from chans again. I work in a restaurant and if we spoke to our customers like that we'd be gone out door, were there might be a mistake we always make it right asap, the management in chans theses to really sit down and teach there staff to have some manners on phones to customers or maybe there been encouraged to speak like that...

Brought my family here for dinner today. Me and my daughter asked if we could order shredded chicken from the takeaway menu which was priced at €8.50, with the menu stating this was inclusive of rice and chips. I was charged €26 for the two shredded chicken starters plus €5.60 for two chips. My total bill was over €50. When I queried this the owner said "Sorry, it costs more when it's sit down".
