Negative stars for customer service.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Everest. I called to place an order, and the people on the phone seemed completely clueless. After finally getting through, they gave me an order number and told me the food would be ready in 40 minutes. I then drove 20 minutes to collect the order.

Upon arrival, the person at the reception made me wait for 15 minutes. Despite asking about my order nearly five times, I was eventually told that they didn't have any record of it and suggested I might have ordered from another restaurant. The receptionist was incredibly rude, didn't make eye contact, and showed a complete lack of customer service skills.

This experience was an absolute waste of time. They missed my order entirely and then had the audacity to ask me to wait another hour. I can't even comment on the food because I never got to try it.

Overall, the customer service was abysmal, and the staff were unwelcoming and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against wasting your time at this establishment.

We celebrated our daughters' birthdays. We were looking for something special for this day. This restaurant was recommended to us. It was our first time here. To be honest, we were completely surprised. It's very cozy inside, and there was a large selection of tables. We had the opportunity to decorate the tables ourselves the way we wanted. The menu has a large selection. The very kind hosts Tam and Bono advised us what to order. And you know, the food is simply fantastic. The portions are large, everything is fresh and very tasty. Shrimp with Tikka masala sauce, spicy beef or chicken dumplings - everything is worth trying. Now we know for sure that we will come here again and again.
