Recenly opened Mams, which was where we were having our brunch today. There was a waiting time of twenty minutes for a table as they were extremely busy. The table was cleaned whilst we waited to be served.
They were unable to serve all their menu as they'd run out of food. The staff were friendly and very apologetic about the food shortages, rather disappointing.
The staff ONLY had 3 THINGS on the menu as they were run off their feet. We selected 3 drinks, 2 buns, and 2 french toast, which all came to 40 euro.
Very expensive, didn't serve bacon on French toast although same expensive price 🤔
But the French toast was great !
Lovely staff, I have to say, although very busy, we had great little chats with them !
All in all, when they settle in, i believe that "mams" will be a regular for some people, just not for me.
I believe it is very important to remember that they've just opened and it will take a few weeks to find their groove .
I would definitely recommend mams for anyone who likes a traditional Irish breakfast or a nice and tasty breakfast with the family!
I personally give mams 3.5 stars 🤗

The staff were incredibly friendly and the Ohh La La French Toast looked SO good that we both ordered it.
We also got a slice of cheesecake from the front counter for a future dessert and it was also delicious.
If we didn’t live on the other side of the country Mam’s would be on the regular visit...
