We ordered a takeaway from here this evening for the first time and unfortunately the food was terrible. Apart from forgetting to include the rice and providing an unrecognisable sauce that was supposed to be satay, we have never had such inedible food from ANY takeaway over the years. The sauces were awful. We have never complained about a takeaway before , but my husband phoned in because we could not subject any member of the public to such awful food and something is clearly very wrong. He spoke to the manager Peter who offered a credit note or to prepare a repeat order but in all honestly we could not eat the food here again. First time back here in three years. The girl taking the order kept reading is back wrong so it wasn't instilling confidence to start with. General Tso's chicken - apparently sliced breast means a breaded chicken breast sliced into six pieces now. It wasn't good. Three times I asked for Salt and Chilli king prawn as a main course and I got five prawns! And asking for Satay Chicken Skewers I was then asked how many sausages I wanted. Ate here the other day, chicken was so stringy and elastic it was impossible to finish. Was served food on dirty plates,(looked like someones old crispy chicken mashed between 2 plates) where the server then used his fingers to pick of crusty bits before giving back the plate. He also looked disgruntled while we refused to use the plates and put them to the side. It's a shame because I used to come here years ago to see the standards drop so significantly was a shock.

Also the pricing is very high on all items compared to all other restaurants in town. I wouldn't mind this if the standards matched...
