I have always been a big fan of Camille Thai because of their great vegan menu and personally I think the food is good. But it’s a big NO for me now and when people ask me if I recommend this place, i absolutely don’t. Last week I ordered one dish for collection in Stillorgan road. I ordered at 7.40, the tracker said first it will be ready at 7.55, then it changed to 8.20. however, when I got there we waited an full hour outside the restaurant to collect the food. We collected the food finally at 8.45pm and the reason for it taking so long was (thats what the manager said) due to my order being without onions and they had to prepare it fresh because of that. However, i got home, super hungry and opened my food and guess what it included! I didn’t really see them so started eating, and got sick because I’m intolerant against them. Anyway, I know mistakes can always happen so instead of writing them a bad review I tried it via email first, they apologised but didn’t offer anything, not even my money back since I had to throw out the food. Yesterday I ordered again because I’m not a person which doesn’t give a second chance. And it was, an absolute joke. Same thing happend again, this time for delivery. Deliveroo said it will take 45 minutes. I waited 2 hours(!) to get my food, we also called the restaurant and when they said it should be with us in 5 minutes it took another 30 min. 2 hours is a very long wait. When I opened the food again, after putting into the order notes „please absolutely no onions or spring onions“ all the dishes included onions, once again. So we called the manager and because it was pretty late I honestly just wanted a refund. He made the point that the dishes include „wild onions“ and I didn’t ask to get the food without „wild onions“??!?? Seriously, imagine you’re asking for a dish with no mushrooms, they include mushrooms and then say „oh but you didn’t say no oyster mushroom“. I really thought for a second he was kidding me when he said that. I couldn’t eat the dish once again and the Manager offered me to bring the food again or giving me 1 free meal voucher even though i paid for 2! No refund offered even after asking for it. At the end I decided to get it sent again to me and finally got the correct order 3 hours later. I will never, ever order from Camille Thai again and you shouldn’t either. There are plenty of places which offer a correct tracker, good food and good customer service. This place doesn’t.

Read moreSo we ordered our food at 20:10 on evening. It got there 1 hour over the due time (so 2 hours after we ordered at around 22:00). We ordered 2 Veggy/Vegan meals and we get Chicken meals... Then the driver gives us lip that we didn't have the right address when on Google it had us exactly where we put the address as. On top of that, we tried getting a refund and the restaurant made us go through Just Eat... They offered a free Starter for our next order.. fantastic. Just Eat even contacted the branch to get a refund for us because the order on the receipt was different to the one we have on the app... like how blatant can you get? But they still refused... they are so funny!ha anyway, JustEat refunded us however never ordering from...
Read moreOrdered food from here tonight, normally Camile is full of flavour and well cooked but this was not the experience tonight. My partner and I ordered a vegan spice bag each and agreed that they were both not only under cooked but had little to no flavour at all. A spice bag is supposed to have spice but this WAS NOT PRESENT. We ordered the fried potatoes and found once again that the food was under cooked and bland. You would think that for the price that Camile is charging that they would be able to provide a decent meal but this is just not the case. I suggest that these are fixed or we will not be...
