Brambles — Restaurant in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown

I wouldn't even give one star. Was in Brambles Stillorgan shopping centre yesterday, Sunday with the same unfriendly staff with no customer service experience. Bought an average, not fresh rice krispie treat for my two year old daughter and when I asked for a takeout cup with water to give her a drink, (because I didn't want to give a toddler a glass) the usual unfriendly man told me that he would have to charge me €0.60 for the cup, an absolute disgrace. Never have I been told this, I was in Avoca Kilmacanogue last week and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpfull, they made my daughter very happy with a paper cup with a straw with no charge. Never again will I ever go back to Brambles after years of being a loyal customer in Dundrum, Sandyford...

Nice cafe good thing it starts at morning 8:30. The food is nice and has many options. It is at 1st floor of stillorgan shopping center and staff is helpful. They have many options to try but i will suggest to try mini breakfast having 3 items with tost for 7 euro. Small breakfast has 5 items + toast for 9 euros and full irish breakfast has 7 items with toast 11 euro. They should increase vegetarian options a little more as I always have to select mini or small breakfast because of less vegetarian options 😋. The surfaces around the till area are a bit dirty and in general it could be much cleaner, especially looking in to the kitchen. The sulky, moody guy at the till can be rude and he never seems to have much work to do, he just stands there staring and occasionally glaring at the customers - if he’s that bored, he could do some cleaning. Toasted sandwiches are frequently served cold and there are often mistakes with the orders.
