I’m pretty sure the food would have been good. But it arrived 2.5 hours after we ordered and by then was cold. Despite repeated calls a to the restaurant, all we received was an apology and a promise that it was ‘on the way’. I would expect a full refund at this point, and hope that they will do so. If they come through, I will happily adjust my rating because I know that the food delivery business can be overwhelming at times. Fair enough. Fantastic from start to finish. Wongs will always hold a dear place in my heart but this spice bag blew the Booterstown kitchen to the side like freshly-dropped sycamore leaves on an Autumn’s day. When you order extra chicken and you get a ratio of 50-50 chips to chicken ratio that’s when you know you’ve found something special. Only complaint would be the necessity for garlic Mayo. Basic stuff lads, keep it simple at the back and let your frontmen do the talking. Enough of this sweet and sour satay craic, honest to god. 8.8/10 - would love to do business again. Consistently the worst customer service of any takeaway I’ve used. They are busy and the food is good, but they make mistakes regularly and I won’t be using them again. They delivered an incorrect soup as part of a larger order, a spicy red Tom Yum soup instead of the milder coconut milk based Tom Khai Gai. That’s okay, these things happen. They insisted that the spicy red Tom Yum was correct, even though I’ve ordered this through them before. This has happened previously as well.
