I’m pretty sure the food would have been good. But it arrived 2.5 hours after we ordered and by then was cold. Despite repeated calls a to the restaurant, all we received was an apology and a promise that it was ‘on the way’. I would expect a full refund at this point, and hope that they will do so. If they come through, I will happily adjust my rating because I know that the food delivery business can be overwhelming at times. Fair enough. When you order extra chicken and you get a ratio of 50-50 chips to chicken ratio that’s when you know you’ve found something special. Only complaint would be the necessity for garlic Mayo.
