I recently ordered the "Toni Wowtastic Deal" from your pizza takeaway, hoping for a bit of joy in these financially tough times. I regret to say that my experience was anything but wowtastic. The deal was supposed to include a chicken and wedge combo, but this crucial part of my meal was completely missing.

I’m not just a little annoyed – this has caused a significant financial strain. I treated myself to this meal as a rare splurge, and now I’m out of pocket for something I didn’t even receive. As someone who is currently struggling to pay bills, this feels like a betrayal.

I expected better from your business. The oversight not only ruined my meal but also made me question your reliability and customer care. I tried contacting you, but there’s been no effort to rectify the situation or offer compensation.

Mistakes happen, but when it comes to people who are counting every penny, errors like this are unacceptable. Please ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I won't be ordering again unless I see a real change. At the very least, I deserve...

I ordered food last night

It took 1 hour and 50 mins to arrive, freezing cold food when it arrived

I had rung the shop so many times at least 20 phone calls and the guy on the phone kept saying 5 mins, 10 mins then 8 mins and so on

When the food came it was freezing cold, I then rung the shop and refused to pay for cold food 1 hour and 50 mins after I had ordered

In the photos you’ll see all my calls and the hour had gone back also

No discount was offered to me

I rung to query what had happened and the lady on the phone was not giving me a single bit of help and was not willing to give me anything in return for such a long wait time and terrible customer service

I was a regular customer and a lot of my family and friends would often order

Now they have all said they will not be ordering from here again

Absolutely disgraceful the way I was treated and having to wait so long for food

I would advise not to shop in this establishment as they don’t care about customer service or mistakes they make

I ordered a medium cheese pizza with an oreo milkshake on just eat, it didnt arrive i called the restaurant and apparently they called me 10 times and were waiting outside for too long ( they didn't call ten times not even once. ) so a few minutes later i call back and ask why they didnt even ring my doorbell or even go NEAR my house so i call back again even later to ask for a through the phone delivery and the food came, it was the food that was supposed to arrive two hours earlier. My pizza - cold and chewy milkshake - was half empty and also just a cup of milk with crushed oreos. I want a full refund for this bullshit. Dont order from here unless you want to write a bad review. (Update) Ten minutes after writing this review i feel sick. Thanks for this...
