Drop into San Marino Windy Arbour tonight my first impress this food establishment is quite busy here food must be very good well I was greeted by a very tall man saying YES I place my order he replied my order back to me which was wrong I repeat my order again unfortunately again he replied with the wrong order I repeat my order again I could see he was getting quite exasperated eventually the order was place I did find him rude and made me feel that it was fault

But what infuriating me more is that one this tall man been totally rude to two kids about their food order one of the children looked quite upset about it and then rude to a old age person secondly to observe two members of staff one staff member taking off his hat and scratching his head replaces his hat and continued to put salt and vinegar on customer food second member of staff this very tall man scratch his face around his cheek bone and then handle a fish which a customer just ordered neither one of the staff washed there hand after this either to say observe this situation I wasn't in formal of eating their food i threw it away

I therefore i can only conclude I won't be returning to this takeaway again I would recommend that you stay away your self and I will be notify the Food Safety Authority Of Ireland about their food hygiene policy or the lack of one in...

Order food for dinner when it came it was short on items so I rang them and to my surprise a very rude member of staff answered I told him the situation he said would be down in a few minutes and 20 minutes later it still didn’t arrive really felt hard done by giving this chippy my hard earned money not an apology nothing so going to try many of the top takeaways in dundrum instead of these very rude and ignorant staff so my advice on my situation is avoid at all costs the food is ok bud the staff are horrible ignorant people will never order again from SAN MARINO...

Worst Chipper I have gotten from. Placed order an hour ago. Chips were undercooked and I paid for a bottle of coke and got a can. My partner had the can opened before I noticed.I rang them to get different chips and the drink I paid extra for. They refused to give me the bottle at the door unless I gave the can back. The driver grabbed the chips from my hand. Ive never had such a rude experience in my life. They also charge extra for drinks due to the recycle charge yet they cant be recycled as they buy them from the north. Dont eat there people rotten food...
