Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Dublin

I did not have the time to cook and had a guest over. pizza Hut clontarf is not far from me and anywhere i go i eat pizzaś from Pizza Hut. Well they lost me as a customer. There was a Tuesday deal where i could order 1 pizza and get another for free. I ordered the BBQ Texan pizza with a stuffed crust and i added in the comment box which pizza i choose as my free pizza.Which was the classic Buffalo pizza with classic crust. I ordered via a website at 21:46 pm and my order reached home at 22:30 which was fine but only that my free pizza was not delivered. The delivery guy knew nothing (how odd) and said he will go back and ask what happened. Pizza hut clontarf is a 10 minute walk from my home.They called and said that i ordered by phone i said no i have the proof that i ordered through the website and my order was clear on my receipt infront of me. The person said she is making my pizza now and will send it straight away. I had to call them at 23:50 because my pizza still was not delivered and my guest went home without eating. HOW EMBARRASSING!!!!!!!! Not only that but it is a week night for crying out loud and we have work in a few hours but still waiting for the rest of our dinner close to midnight!! On calling the manager said it was so busy at Pizza hut that i would not believe....and that she did make my pizza but she does not know why the delivery guy did not pick it up cause it is still there...So you are seriously telling me that a MANAGER of a well known food chain is telling me 3 things: it was so busy,i dont know why the delivery guy did not pick it up ( since it is been there an hour) and i dont know what to do. Seriously??????? Because she was offering e something on another day. I said i dont know. Because this is their job not mine. It is their job to do what they thin is important towards a customer.Clearly this is how they treat people All i know is that i was embarrassed in front of my guest who i invited for dinner and their dinner never arrived and i was still up at 00:25 WEDNESDAY morning writing this review. Irritating!!!! Pizza Hut has ruined my pizza experience!! If you cannot handle the pressure of the business then dont do it. Pffttt.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the Clontarf Pizza Hut branch. Before placing an order for delivery, I called to ask a simple question. A lady answered, but before I could even finish my sentence, she abruptly hung up. Thinking it might have been a mistake, I called again, only to be hung up on once more.

I decided to give it one last try, but this time, no one even bothered to pick up. Assuming there might have been a network issue, I waited for 10 minutes before calling again. When the call was finally answered, the same lady rudely told me that she would report my number for repeatedly calling. I was shocked—rather than listening to my query, she kept threatening me instead. When I tried to explain that I simply wanted to ask a question, she completely disregarded me and continued with her threats.

Frustrated, I asked if she was even in her right mind, but she just kept repeating herself, showing no willingness to communicate or assist. This level of customer service is appalling. Employees with such an attitude have no business working in customer service, as they clearly lack basic communication skills.

I will never order from or visit this location again. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this branch. If I could give zero...

TL;DR: They dropped an item from my order on the floor then proceeded to put it in its box and try to give it to me. Don't order from here.

I ordered for collection and arrived before it was ready. While standing in the shop I witnessed a member of staff drop my garlic pizza bread on the floor while trying to take it out of the oven. They visibly told the manager what they had done and the manager shrugged it off. They then tried to give me the garlic pizza bread that was dropped on the floor - I told them that I had seen them drop it on the floor and the manager rightly said they would make me a new one.

I noticed that they kept the original garlic pizza bread in its box as if they were planning to give it to the next person who ordered one. When I challenged the manager on this they got impatient with me and told me the other members of staff were new.

The fact that they were ready to give me the item I had witnessed them drop on the floor is ridiculous - I'm so glad I saw them drop it.

To top it off the quality of the garlic pizza bread and the other items I ordered was poor. I've noticed massively inconsistent quality from this establishment over the last few months and won't be ordering from...
