Got a diner kebab and then when we sat down to watch it seen different topics so i figured I might as well ask for a few topings, a sauce and to heat it up. I would obviously pay additionally. (They charged €2) A long time passed, i goz it back - the topping were… „really sad“. It was like a few mushrooms and a few onions, cut badly, it wasnt heat up and no sauce, i didnt like it. I complained, they said they will do it again for me.
When i got it back again they made me a brand-new diner kebab and this time it was REALLY FULL. It seemed 1.5/2 times bigger than the normal one, and I could genuinely say this one was worth the original price that i paid. Something with lots of sauce, some variety from veggies that i asked to add, and insane amount of meat that you wont even be able to finish.
Overall 4 for service because they made me a new one that i didnt expect. Food wasnt bad, but if u getting diner kebab - add toppings.

Unfortunately I or my family won’t be ordering from here again due to the dishonesty of staff.
They acknowledged on the evening my order was not delivered to me and apologised when I went to the store 1.5-2hrs after I’d placed the order as their phone was switched off.
I was told they’d leave a note on the system which they didn’t and both denied (or didn’t recall) to manager that this ever happened.
The manager even asked me which staff were on, I gave a description so how would I even had known which staff as he could see I had ordered online. It felt like I was being quizzed for no reason really. I had receipts.

I got a Combo Box a few days ago for €9.99, and it was NOT worth the money at all.The fries were the WORST I have ever tried in my life, I ended up throwing them away.First of all, they were not salted at all, and so dry.The insides also felt and tasted like stale potato puree, soaked in old frying oil.Absolutely inedible.
