Starbucks Howth — Restaurant in Fingal

Went today at aprox 11am. Ordered two kids Hot Chocolate I Said No Cream and Marshmallows 1 Adult Hot Chocolate and 1 large Cappuccino. An Asian Looking employee a man was told by the Chinese Lady Again No Cream whilst making them!! He put a spoon into the two cups and scooped out the Cream but he just stirred it, I asked for two fresh ones EVENTUALLY He threw the cups with the contents inn them into the Sink then angrily threw the spoon into another sink making lots of Noise Then he Dolloped in the Chocolate and pourd milk inn. Banged them down and says There for You! I Observed him being rude to others and staff and Constantly banging a press door and I could see others notice too including the Chinese lady. My son then said there was lots of powder at the end of the cup. My bill was 25 euro and I tipped 5 euros, To be treated awfully made feel unwelcome and my sons 2 Hot Chocolates made wrong on purpose. This is all on your cameras too. On Sunday 28/11 at 9 p.m. I took my friends for a quick coffee at starbucks howth I visit every weekend. Dissatisfied lady at the counter who did not like that we want to sit down in the last hour, first asked for covid passports what is her duty ,but after we all showed her C.Passports she quite rudely ask me where is my ID.After we showed her our documents, she didn't even look at them, she just looked at me and said how much should I pay...... It's a bit strange that on this days where is data protection ,every person, even a woman at the counter without authorization, can check our ID. I will check it because that was happened first time someone asked me for my ID after I show him my Covid passport and I thought...

Starbucks in general don't accommodate vegans. 99% of the time when I ask for vegan cream, they say they don't have. In reality (as explained by ex employee), the vegan cream takes effort to be made as it needs to be shaken vigorously so employees don't really bother. Regular cream gives me pains in my stomach and at the same time I'm paying full price of my drink that includes cream. So I have to forego asking for it. I've reported to Starbucks head office who said they will ensure vegan cream is available in Howth branch and others and compensated me with some vouchers. But this still continues and I'm vexed.
