This is what happened. We've been a customer of Camile fromt he first days before you became a franchise. Over the years there's been issues. Every time we are told we'll add meal credits onto your account. Never bothered cashing them in or querying where I see these "credits". about 3 weeks ago my food was delayed by 1 hour. I said please refund me - girl says "I can add a credit to your account", I said no don't do that as that never shows up when you say you will do that. Please refund me - she says I can't I say please refund me she says OK. Then she says I can see you do have meal credits form before on your account and I said how do I use them she says next time you order let us know and we will give you credits. When I say over the past 10 year I have been given meal credits at least 3 times for issues with your service I am probably under estimating. Turns out I was right there is no such thing as adding a meal credit onto an account, it's just a line you tell people to stop having to refund them for poor service. Ordered yesterday said right I am actually going to test this meal credit thing, only to be called and argued with over the phone by 2 members of staff who say I never had meal credits and was given a refund last time, which is fine but I was cashing in meal credits from previous orders! Told them I wasn't paying for my order when it arrived and so they cancelled. You guys don't know how to keep customers happy. It's not just me that ordered from Camile my daughters and their pals all of who were here yesterday when I was dealing with your staff arguing with me in the phone. I ordered from Bell Pepper and won't be back....
Read moreI visited this place with another person in the evening on 18th of April, and ordered a rice dish with minced chicken and vegetables for eat-in. The dish was served poorly under cooked, minced chicken was watery and veggies were still raw. I gradually lost my appetite and gave up on a half way, left the place. After 4-5 hours, when I woke up in the middle of night, I felt terribly upset in my stomach and had to rush into bathroom. I kept throwing up for the next 10 hours. We were staying in a hotel nearby, but when we checked out of the room I could hardly stand up and walk. We took a bus to go home but I couldn’t move after I got off from the bus. I had to lie down on street and I ended up being taken to Beaumont Hospital by ambulance. I phoned this place last week to address out that I had food poisoning there, but they never called me back. I was insisted that there was a chance of cross contamination in the meal (I am allergic to almonds) but they would make sure to call me back. I was really disappointed that they didn’t take this...
Read moreThis Thai chicken curry was a masterclass in flavor and execution. From the moment it arrived, the aroma was captivating – a fragrant blend of coconut, lemongrass, and just the right hint of spice. The chicken was incredibly tender, perfectly cooked and practically melting in your mouth. Each piece was generously coated in a rich, creamy, and vibrant curry sauce that struck an impeccable balance. It wasn't overly sweet, nor was it overwhelmingly spicy; instead, it offered a beautiful warmth that built subtly with each spoonful. You could distinctly taste the fresh herbs and spices, a testament to the quality of the ingredients. And the rice! Fluffy, perfectly cooked, and served in a generous portion, it was the ideal canvas for soaking up every last drop of that incredible curry. Together, the components created a harmonious and deeply satisfying meal. This isn't just good Thai chicken curry; it's perfect Thai chicken curry. A truly memorable and highly...
