Starbucks — Restaurant in Fingal

Just got a latte for my wife in Starbucks in Sutton. She alwsys gets a single shot but being a man I bought large latte single shot. The girls behind the counter asked was I sure I said I was and confident in my decision. However on my return my wife assured me that my ability to get things wrong first time every time was impeccable or words to that effect. I decided to correct my mistake and went back to Starbucks to order a double espresso half to go into my wife's latte and the rest for me to calm me down. The two girls in Starbucks knew instantly of my situation as I was trying to order the double espresso for myself and not admit to my error. Who was I kidding Starbucks barristas know their stuff and knew immediately I was trying to cover up my mistake. They kindly gave me the espresso free of charge to cover for my mistake. I couldn't help think was this women empowering women two women helping a fellow woman sort out an incompetent man. I’ve ordered from this cafe, at least 4 times and each time there’s been an issue with my order. I’m not sure if it’s Starbucks or if it’s the delivery driver they hired. It’s either my order has been spilled, missing items, very cold or just the completely wrong order, I’ve not once been satisfied. I complained directly to the manager on one occasion and it’s clear it hasn’t been rectified. It’s such a shame as I don’t experience this poor service from other Starbucks around Dublin, just this particular one. I decided to stop ordering at some point but today, and I blame myself I ordered again. For the delivery driver to give me the entire order leaking all over my workplace floor. They do not have available free newspapers to read at premises while enjoying coffee or other items from premises.

None of sandwiches had a price tag to make decision towards food available.

Temperature of beverage bought was fine.

Mongoliana / Koreana staff was polite and toilets were in function and clean and another staff was fullfil check list inside toilets.
