Little Richards Wood Fired Pizza — Restaurant in Fingal

It is one of rare places in Ireland where you can go in and be welcomed as a friend. They fully booked the event and still managed to sort space for 3 adults, 2yo and 2mo in boogie. Food... that is one amazing pizza. We ordered 3 different pizzas. Every pizza has amazing taste, an amazing balance of ingredients, and good quality ingredients. Pizza has 3 most important parts. Dough....soft, fluffy, tasty, simple something great. Tomato sauce.... nice taste, not to acid, not to suptle, perfect balance to complement the ingredients on top. Cheese.... i got a quttro formagy. So, 4tipes of cheese pizza. Every cheese was great quality. Perfect amount of it, not to little not to greasy.

Overall experience was amazing. Staff is chill and ready to jump on your every request. The manager is really a guy for that position, taking care of every customer, going left and right to make sure all is served on time, and even helping staff to bring drinks.

I ordered for a collection through the app at around 19:30, I was given a time slot to collect for 20:20. I arrived just before 20:20 and was told to wait 10 minutes which was fine as I could see they was busy, I waited a further 30 minutes until the waiter brought it out. I don't mind waiting for good food but the pizza base was soggy and tomato sauce used was very bland. The only positive was the pizza crust, that was delicious. Had potential to be a great pizza especially with the wood fired oven. The restaurant was very busy and people looked happy enough, I recommend sitting down in the restaurant if you're going to try this place as I had a poor experience with the takeaway.

Update: Keith who I presume is the manager or owner called and apologised for the bad experience, asked us to return and give it another try but this time in the restaurant. Great customer service, I will be giving it another go...

Disrespectful staff behaviour, guy in glasses who said he will take my order and literally through menu in front of me than ignored me for 10 minutes, did same to another person who tried to oder for take away, when I approached him after 10mins he was walking away and not looking at me. The other person left before me...there was bit more of his absolutely disgusting behaviour... but no point to get in to more details I work in customer service for more than 15 years and deal with people from all over world everyday and could understand that it might be to busy for person to handle stress and pressure that's why always show people respect never experienced such unprofessional behavior in my...
