Apache Pizza Galway Terryland — Restaurant in Galway

ordered at 2:21am on uber eats with an estimated time of arrival of 2:45-3am as the latest. At 3:05 I called the terryland store and they did not pick up until multiple calls and finally picked up at 3:30am. They then told me my order was transferred to the Newcastle store. So I called Newcastle and they received no such order. So I called the terryland store once again and was told that they were looking into it and they HUNG UP ON ME. I called terryland AGAIN and your man told me that the order was on the way. I told him that I ordered over an hour ago and he told me it was at a different store but suddenly he said the order was on the way completely contradicting what he said earlier. He then magically told us that it will be 6 minutes away. Finally received my order at 3:50am. Mind you I ordered a kebab and a spice box and the spice box was only a box of chips which you will see in the next slide as I will attach a photo. Your customer service is shocking and the way your staff spoke to me on the last phone call was absolutely astonishing. Interrupting me trying to tell me I was wrong and I quote saying “will you let me speak” while I’m trying to ask where my orders is and “we’ve been busy” in the most obnoxious tone. I went to this shop on Monday the 31st of October. Myself and my friend ordered 2 medium pizzas (separately). After 40 minutes waiting and seeing multiple different groups come in, order, and get they’re food we went up to enquire about our orders when we were today that they would be ready in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later we again asked how long our food would be and we were told it would be another 5 minutes. Finally, we were called up to collect our food, however we were only given one of the two pizzas. When we asked when we would receive the other pizza we were told that we only ordered one pizza and we’re not believed until we both showed our separate credit card receipt. Was staying in Galway the other night.ordered from appache by phone. 2 pizza's and 2 cookies. I have never left any type of review before on any food services. But I just want to say it was a disgrace. Food was tasteless. The beef balls were like rubber and had no taste at all. The pizza wasn't cooked enough The cookie was soft dough wasn't cooked through. Was so disappointed. As I didn't know Galway I order here wish I hadn't now. Luckily my friend didn't eat as much as me. She isn't sick but unfortunately Iv been Ill since! I'm so annoyed.
