I had a very disappointing experience at the store today. When buying food, the cashier didn't offer a bag, but I asked for one at the end of the purchase (which I don't see as an issue—it's completely valid for me to ask). She gave me a small bag with obvious reluctance. When I returned it because my meal didn't fit, she asked if I wanted a larger one, and upon saying yes, she gave it to me again with the same unwillingness. From the moment of payment, she showed a visibly negative attitude, making faces and gestures that made it clear she had no interest in working. I wasn't well served and, honestly, I don't intend to return. I understand everyone has bad days, but what's unacceptable is transferring that negativity to customers. I bought a coffee and the person who was working the cash register hurried me to move, she was very busy counting the money, I'm disabled, so I said I needed some time to move.. When I was getting ready to mix the coffee, the same person told me that I should move out of my seat because others needed it, but there was no one else but me, so I was very angry that this person was putting pressure on me. This is my last coffee in this place and from this company. However, the person who made this coffee for me was very nice, she was from Thailand. I was surprised that the cafe was open until 9 p.m., when I bought coffee it was only a few minutes after 8 p.m., but the person at the cash register put so much pressure on me as if it were already after...

Popped in today craving an almond croissant—it’s usually nice, and all your pastries/food are brilliant. You walk in, see all those fresh, baked goodies on display… but instead, I got handed some older croissant from the back counter, where you can’t see what’s there ... When I got home, it just wasn’t as fresh as I expected.
