Subway — Restaurant in Galway

Absolutely abysmal. Truly awful. Unfortunately one star is the lowest score I'm allowed to give. We ordered 2 simple sandwiches for delivery- they completely messed up both, wrong bread, wrong fillings, wrong crisps even. When we called to say this to WFD who we ordered through, the WFD person got in touch with them, they proceeded to call us liars, say our order was fine (literally inedible and my sandwich order had only THREE ITEMS IN IT.) They said they would call me to see what went wrong, never did. Stunned by how bad not only the food is, but the service is beyond horrible. DO NOT BOTHER GETTING FOOD FROM HERE they are disgusting and behave...

I always order the same thing: a footlong steak and cheese on italian herbs and cheese bread with pickles, jalapeños, red onion and SouthWest Sauce. It is definitely not healthy and it is definitely not fancy, but it is.... delicious. Even though the atmosphere is always bleak and depressing, and the service is lacking, I inexplicably rank it one of my favourite fast...

These guys are amazing. It's a franchise operated by a local, and local people employed. Been going here for years and they always get everything bang on, no request is too much. Gluten free and veggie options available and they are sooooo careful! Staff couldn't be nicer and it's clear they actually care about what you want!...
