A Burger Paradise - The Best in the World! I recently had the pleasure of dining at what can only be described as a burger lover's utopia - ShakeDog]. From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I was in for a treat. The Atmosphere: The ambiance of ShakeDog is a delightful blend of rustic charm and modern chic. The dimmed lighting and cozy seating create an inviting atmosphere that's perfect for indulging in the culinary masterpiece that awaited me. The Burgers: Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the burgers! These aren't just burgers; they're works of art. The quality of the ingredients shines through in every bite. The perfectly seasoned, juicy patties, the freshly baked buns, and the creative toppings combine to create a symphony of flavors that dance on your taste buds. I opted for their signature burger, "Hawaii It featured a mouthwatering blend of prime beef, crispy bacon, aged cheddar, caramelized onions, and a secret sauce that left me craving for more. Each component was perfectly balanced, creating a burger experience like no other. The Menu Variety: Beyond the classic favorites, ShakeDog offers an impressive array of options to cater to all tastes. From vegetarian delights to daring combinations for the adventurous foodie, there's something for everyone. Service: The staff at the special deserve special praise. They were not only knowledgeable about the menu but also genuinely passionate about the food they served. Their friendliness and attention to detail added to the overall dining experience. Conclusion: In the realm of burger joints, Hawaii is a true gem that stands head and shoulders above the rest. It's not just a meal; it's an unforgettable culinary journey. If you're a burger enthusiast, this place is an absolute must-visit. Prepare to have your taste buds dazzled and your burger cravings forever spoiled! [Rating: 5/5] James Brunlees

Probably the best Eddie Rocket’s knockoff in Ireland. Their tag line is “the finer diner” but Eddie’s proves there ain’t no finer diner than Eddie Rockets unfortunately. In regards to Covid-19 standards, I would say there’s none. One staff member wearing a mask out of four, our server wasn’t wearing a mask, stood 2 feet away when taking the order but was talking to us when placing our food on the table so possibly spreading Covid. Cutlery was placed in this round metal container and straws were brought out in a paper napkin, must have been taken from a multipack. There was a piece of paper by the till that was set out to collect customer’s contact information for contact tracing but it was blank and didn’t look like anybody had ever filled it out, we happened to see it by chance, nobody pointed it out or asked us to put down our details. All the reviews focus on lack of service and grumpy staff, have to say the staff were pleasant and helpful. Obviously they’re not falling over themselves to attend to tables but they’re not rude either. Food was ok, we ordered a cheese burger, veggie burger and cheese fries with milkshakes. Burgers were fine, the “secret sauce” was missing something. Cheese fries needed some salt and you’d definitely miss the paprika that Eddie’s use. Can’t fault the milkshakes taste wise but they were served in the metal shakers and not in glasses. Overall I wouldn’t rate the place and wouldn’t visit again unless I was desperate. They have a sign in their napkin holder that begs for a 5 star google review.

I was in this restaurant on 1st of August at 5pm the original waitress we had who took our order was lovely however the lady who brought half our food down was extremely rude I asked politely “could I please have” and she sharply pointed her finger in my face and said 1 minute and stated our chicken tenders will be a few minutes and then decided to leave and not come back the table ,restaurant was quiet with only 4 other tables she never came back when all I wanted was a drink instead she sat down and ate her food the service I received was absolutely dreadful it put me off my food to top it up off one of the servers was on her phone in the kitchen and nobody checked if we were ok for everything I didn’t end up eating my food I was put off and was told there was no manger in the building highly disappointed 33 euro for this experience absolutely disgraceful

Updated. The managing director has since been in touch and has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. He has taken the matter seriously and offered full compensation. True customer service from this establishment has been restored.

December 22 2024 @7pm

Was eating my burger when I noticed insects on the plate. I brought it straight up to the staff and showed her. She proceeded to tell me that she didn’t think it was the kitchens fault that there are ants on the dishes ( which came directly from the kitchen) . She asked did I want another one which I said I didn’t. They said they would just take my order off the final bill which I was fine with. Went up to pay for the other meals we had ordered and did not eat after that incident because we honestly didn’t feel the place was clean and were turned off our food. When she proceeded to try and charge me for the other components of my meal which was part of the two meals for €33 and was working out more expensive by just removing the burger. I said I was not paying that much for food that when it should have been cheaper anyways. Another staff member who was blonde joined in on the discussion rolling her eyes and being extremely rude towards me. Very disappointed in the service. I used to love the food and staff used to be nice. Will not go back. December 22 2024 @7pm
