Zambrero Castletroy — Restaurant in Limerick

We visited today,food was pretty tasty but service was a one big joke.There was around 6 staff working behind the counter and I think all of them were being trained. Ordered a kids meal and a burrito and they had no clue what's going in the kids meal. After asking for everything separate ( it was my first visit but by looking at the picture on your menu I could see what comes with it) we finally got the meal(without the box and stickers) . Staff members were asking for help a guy who I think was a manager but he was just ignoring them. Poor guy at the till was really nice but couldn't figure out himself how to put the order through the till and finally got a bit of help from another staff member. He was apologising and saying it's his first day at the till which I totally understand. Felt really sorry for the guy as he was really stressed out and apparently left on his own. You should make sure that you have a supportive management who can actually train the staff properly and not being dismissive. Also a hats or hairnets would be nice when preparing the food. We will come back but I think we opt for a collection as it was too much...

been eating here a few weeks now and staff are cool. Black rice is a change... But, one day, i had a bad experience on this day, I came in to order the usual, ordered a large burrito as usual. the "BLACK hair girl put in one scoop of rice. I had to correct her, telling her it's a large. Then she tries to wrap the burrito. And tell her I don't mind it not been fully wrapped as it's large burrito, as I'll be putting it on a plate anyways when I get home. It's a good size. And I like that. It's €15+ i want a large burrito.. so, she ignored me . I have ordered from here a few times now and always thought the food was quite nice but this evening when I collected my order,which was supposed to be a Toasted Burrito,when I got home and opened it,unfortunately it was not toasted at all and most of the ingredients I looked for was not included.Not to let it go to waste I still proceeded to eat it,but was disgusted when I came across a hair in it.I have a photo of what I found in the food but I can’t seem to upload a photo to include in my review.I have blonde hair so I am fully aware it was not mine.For the price and what has happened I won’t be returning again,which is such a pity as I thought it would become a regular place I could order food from,but from what I got in my order this evening and over what has happened I would not recommend this place to...
