Supermac's Little Island — Restaurant in Municipal District of Cobh

Stop in here every now and again when in area with kids. Ice cream machine is never working, and the spar part doesnt sell single ice creams and poor range multipacks that are poor quality. Chips are very salty even with kids meals. Everytime gotten kids cheeseburgers they dont put cheese on them. Last 2 times have been items missing. Takes a long time despite not being busy. Its ok if your not picky or with kids but considering the time takes and fact they dont be busy when we are there the mistakes being made is just not acceptable plus this is the only supermacs branch ive been to where salt is already added...

Went in to get ice creams they were not busy we were only ones at counter slow service,asked for 2 99 cones for me and my young lad with sprinkles only to be handed the cones no sprinkles when told we wanted sprinkles he scrapped the bottom of the tub where they were for one cone and told me there was none for second cone the guy seemed as if it was he first time making cones he knew where nothing was had to ask the other guy everything poor and slow service first time using supermacs there will not...

Just ate here for lunch. Had a chicken breast sandwich with bacon and cheese meal. By god was it horrible. Re-heated chips and pre cooked chicken breast re-heated. Bacon tasted awful also. Burger was also cold. Far from "Fresh" as advertised! Had the same in the supermacs at junction 17 recently and it was very enjoyable, hot and fresh. Hence why I said I'd try it again. Little island outfit is awful bad. Not recommended at all. I should have known as it wasn't busy and all the other food...
