KFC — Restaurant in South Dublin

so i wrote a review for this place 4 years ago about closing early with no notice and it was not a once off it happened 4 times in a 2 week period but this was 4 years ago and they have since changed there closing times from 11pm 4 years ago to 10pm now ( for the drive through) but great to see they are consistent, as i work long and unsociable hours i some time do be in work late in the evening and it was 9pm and i checked there site which said "drive opening closing time was 10pm. so i hopped in the car and surprising to my surprise i get there at 9:30pm and the shutters were down and when i looked there was a car in the drive through but they were not letting anymore in. WHY have it on your page open till 10pm but close at 9:30pm ?????? not happy and not the only one

I eat here a lot as I work not to far away and work odd hours, 2 times I drove over to get something, it was late 10.30 in the evening and the place was closed I taught this was strange as opening was till 11p.m. I taught it was a once off, I was over there again Monday the 26.02.18 at 10.10 pm and again it was closing shutters half way down and nobody inside ? Why say 11 IF YOU DON'T STAY...

I did eventually manage to use the special offer on my app, but only after dealing with a staff member who was clearly performing what I’d describe as malicious compliance — technically doing their job, but in a way that slowed everything down and left me feeling mocked.

The employee acted out exaggerated confusion, dragging out simple steps and pausing in a mean-spirited way, as if waiting for my reaction. For example, my order was first handed to me with just the chicken fillets and fries — no drink, no straw, no tissues, not even salt. After an intentional pause, he finally added the drink, but again acted confused, then asked if I wanted a straw as though it were a difficult or unusual request. It felt manipulative and dismissive rather than genuine service.

The same behavior was directed at delivery drivers, who were also left standing and waiting unnecessarily. Meanwhile, staff were eating in the back, and there was a strong, unpleasant smell of food coming from behind the counter. The overall impression was of a team more interested in mocking customers and entertaining themselves than actually serving...

Can't score the food as I haven't eaten yet. Went to the drive through after mid day to be told there was no chicken ready yet and I couldn't have my order. I asked what was ready and I was told there was no chicken ready but I could have a burger. Strange I thought, a chicken shop with no chicken. Anyway I ordered a burger since I was in the drive through and didn't need the hassle of backing out. Went to pay and was told to park in the car park and it would be dropped out to me. 10 minutes later still no burger. But there's a manager or auditor or something walking around outside taking pictures of the place with an iPad. Here buddy, get in there and make my burger, stop taking pictures, I'm hungry. Pretty poor. Oh and also I can see a load of customers inside just standing at the window for ages now, might have to call the police, we may have a hostage situation. They...
