I ordered delivery from this place today I got my usual order and it came totally wrong burger was wrong fries were wrong so I rang to tell them that my order is wrong the head chef said I was lying about my job rear being wrong and he knows what he cooked and that I was the only delivery so far I told them I would take photos of the food to show them and they declined asked for my phone number and told me new food would be sent out in 15 mins they rang me back about 2 minutes later on my number and said oh yeah we will need that order back to the shop I was confused by this because I contacted them in the first place to say my order was wrong and I would like it exchanged the new food comes a few minutes later and I open the door to a blond woman who is a member off staff of the restaurant not a delivery driver hands me the food and asked for the other order I forgot to bring it out to the door I went got the order that was ready to go in the bag and gave it to her she rolled her eyes at me and said rubbish this…. This woman has bleach blond hair and to me seems to be Slavic of some sort I know her from seeing her in the restaurant the whole experience was just terrible today I got called a liar, rubbish and had eyes rolled at me for something that wasn’t my fault...

These guys deserve a round of applause for their exceptional customer service and flexibility. During my recent visit, the team went above and beyond by accommodating a modification to the small breakfast menu, creating an excellent child's menu.

We had both dinner and breakfast here. At dinner the burgers were 5* the milkshakes were 5* the service was 5* . However the chips were a big let down Luke warm absolutely no flavour. My partner ordered cheesy chips and it was clear they used the Easi singles cheese and not proper cheese. Not nice at all. We left the chips. While the service was good. The girl serving us had extra long false nails. Fine for a night out but not when serving in a food establishment, it's was a turn off, even if she wore gloves to hide them it would be better. The same girl was picking up the cutlery by the top and not by the handles. Breakfast.....The full Irish and the coffee my partner had was nice. I had an ommlette and a pot of tea. I had to leave the tea as either the tea or the cup tasted like dish water. The ommlette was tasteless and again they used the cheap easi singles and not the proper cheese. I will be back for the burgers and shakes. But the boss needs to look at the complaints and improve them as it is a great...
