Sea Palace Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in West Cork

I have been a regular here for years but recently the quality of the food has been very disappointing. The mains dishes have oil floating on top of them, they are absolutely tasteless and some of the dishes in our order weren't even warm. I get a takeaway here every second Friday night for years and the last 2 our family got, have been put in the bin. Never mind the 40-50min wait for out food order to be ready, Very very disappointed. It looks to me like they have started to go down the route of quantity...

I'm down in clonakilty with work and ordered vegetable curry....brought it back and when I opened it.....it looked like chicken curry with what looked like chicken inside (did not taste it as I am vegetarian).. rang the sea Palace and they told me if was tofu. ...the vegtable curry was outstanding and the addition of tofu really made it even better. This is the first vegetable curry I have ever got that had tofu...im surprised more chinese restaurants aren't doing...

I booked a table in advance for a birthday meal for my partner yesterday evening, neither of us had been there before, and we were both very impressed.
