Kizuna is simple, understated & beautiful. It has such a clean, elegant feel to it that really capitulated the Japanese style. Whenever I visit, as soon as I step over the threshold I feel welcomed, peaceful & at ease. I'm plant-based so finding a sushi restaurant right on my door that offers vegan options is just gold! The food is, simply put, divine. It is presented so beautifully ... we eat with our eyes ... and the flavours & textures of the food lives up to the visuals! The service is always impeccable. Greeted with smiles like an old friend & throughout it's just enough attention. I love the Yudofu although there's plenty more vegan options I just love the combination of silken tofu in muso broth with the vegetables & the vegan soy dip Served on a hot plate that crackles as it heats up the broth & cooks the veg to perfection. I love that sound! Also a huge fan of the Saki. It has to be tried so don't miss out on that treat. Price wise ... I feel it's very hood value for money. Quality food, service & surroundings. 5 stars 🌟 are much deserved Thank...

High quality food, nice cosy atmosphere and excellent service. Favourites are the miso aubergine and avocado rolls. I would say however that there needs to be a lot more vegetarian/vegan options. There should definitely be an option to get vegetable gyozas (not just pork), and I feel like the main courses are lacking in vegetarian options (I have tried the vegetarian set menu and did not like the main course very much). For example vegetarian yaki udon or okonomiyaki or some rice dish for all the vegetarian customers would be a welcome change. I also think the desserts need to be expanded - at the moment you pay £7 for a miniscule cheesecake or little matcha pot which is nice but not good value. More desserts maybe like dorayaki or a selection of different flavours of mochi would be a good...

This was a special experience. I wondered if my friend from Baldrine had over-hyped it: no, not at all. The food here is magnificent. It is delicate, full of flavour and has genuine subtle flavours and moments of great colour. The tempura vegetables are, theoretically, simple but played far better on my tongue than anywhere else. The aubergines with muso were a treat from paradise. I can't praise it enough and strongly recommend you try this restaurant. In terms of price... understand that the rarity of taste and quality fully justifies the cost. I loved it! Visited...

Kizuna is incredible. It is expensive but that it completely justified with the quality and authenticity of the cuisine. It's absolutely my favourite place to go for a meal and i cant recommend it enough (to those who enjoy japanese food of course - no chips cheese and gravy here!) vegetarian options are there and delicious, as is everything. Cant wait for our next visit!
