I've been coming here at least once a year since 2010 and it's only improved over the years. It is attached to the Savoy bed and breakfast on the central prom in Douglas and this is usually where we stay when we come to this magnificent island. Haneffe and Mary are great hosts and they have spent an unthinkable amount of money doing this place up over the years. The food is some of the best I've ever eaten, all local produce and absolutely top notch. It is expensive compared to what I'd pay in Manchester but good value compared to elsewhere on the Isle of Man and a lot of the profit gets put towards making the place nicer. Read moreRang up Saturday night to place an order for Sunday lunch. Very pleasant guy on the telephone who took my order and told me what desserts they had to. Great friendly service. Good price to. Order arrived before my chosen time of 1pm which was just what I wanted. Dinners arrived hot and there was so much food, great tray of food and lots on offer in a foil tray. Food was wonderful and plenty of it and so tasty. Also had desserts as well again these were of a good size and ice cream.
