Absolutely shocking service, very rude staff, particularly the chunky girl on the bar/til. Food was over cooked and dry and staff were extremely rude when I made a complaint. The girl in question was overheard ‘slagging us off’ to the chef. This is not what we would expect especially when the bill was almost £200 for 3 people. The said girl aggressively and disrespectfully slammed our bill on the table without a word! I’ve never experienced such rudeness. Stay well away…you’d be better getting food from a cheap burger van! And the staff there would probably give you a smile rather than a dirty look!

Your reply to my review shows that you do not have any respect for your customers. One member of staff was extremely rude on several occasions especially when we made a comment about the quality of food. Most restaurants would accept comments and apologise, not go straight to the chef and slag the customer off..which we overheard. We are entitled to make a comment about the food when asked and as paying customers do not expect such rudeness. Disgusting customer service by one member of staff in particular (and yes the chunky one as there’s no other way I can distinguish her from the other staff)

As a visitor to the island this weekend and with family and friends here I can honestly assure you that none of us will ever visit Titan again after the response you made...

Nice atmosphere in this small establishment which came highly recommended by a friend of the honoured guest. It was a large family meal of 13 people including one child. However the evening was part spoiled by the unacceptable standard of cooking of the steaks au poivres on the early bird menu which were in the main underdone and blood 🩸 rare when we asked for well done nor extra well done! I also had to complain about a human blonde hair found in one steak dish! Unacceptable for the standard of restaurant being one of the highest rated independents in Douglas, IOM 🇮🇲 I asked the waitress to take acount of this when presenting the bill as we expected a decent discount by way of apology. We have yet to receive our desert and coffees so are praying 🙏 for some form of redemption there?! The final bill will be an interesting...

The service was very good and the restaurant is cosy but nice and clean. The chips were great and the halloumi fries with orange and honey sauce was very tasty. It's all a bit downhill from there really, I had the classic Titan with pork, steak and chorizo. Both were cooked to within an inch of thier lives, very very dry! And the garlic sauce was very generic like kebab shop garlic mayo. Although the chicken was plenty tasty, it definitely wasn't worth the money. It was 25% more expensive than thier online menu, not sure if this is just for TT but it's annoying. Even at the online price though you would get better value elsewhere. Also £6 for a bottle of Estrella? You can get a draught pint for under £4! Overall it was very average, but the insane price left a bit of...
