Run by a very friendly couple who go out of their way to make a very pleasant visit. The cafe is very quirky with a cat run near the ceiling. We did not eat there, but the drinks were pretty good. The cakes looked great but we had just eaten.
A very homely feel to the place. Lots of cats to interact with and those cats are friendly.
We booked ahead of time, to ensure that we could get in, but you may be able to just turn up when it is open.
Unfortunately for wheelchair users the cafe is up a flight of stairs, but for non-wheelchair users it is a must if you wish to see Manx cats up close...

So, if you are reasonably grown-up, this place is a must. At the moment, it's open Saturdays and Sundays only. Wonderful hosts, fascinating cats, peaceful, otherworldly atmosphere. The owners' priority is understandably the cats and they are to be lauded for that. At the same time within those parameters, they make everyone's visit really enjoyable....
