Pizza Napoli Isle of Man — Restaurant in Douglas

Three attempts to get the pizza not-burnt! The first one - black! Second one - about a quarter black Third one - Better but black bits and the man making them refused to remake. Son ate almost half of it! Considering whether to do a chargeback through our bank as the man refused to remake and refused a refund so we had to take the pizza.

Absolutely disgusting. Taking advantage of the TT crowd which is bad enough but we live here! Shan’t use again - I know it won’t affect their business but they clearly don’t care about that. Better places in Douglas, go there!

Edit - the owner’s snotty response is fine but serving atrocious pizza is what I experienced. If your other guests received better food then that’s great for...

We very rarely come across places with an actual wood burning oven so were excited to try these pizzas as the oven makes such a difference to the taste that you're only aware of when you eat them on a regular basis.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst pizzas we have ever had, there was no taste to the base or the toppings and if I hadn't have seen the oven would have assumed it came from a conventional one.

It's a shame because the family who run this were lovely and really trying their best, they were welcoming and the place itself is clean and...

I ordered food from this restaurant tonight and I was extremely disappointed. The overall quality was far below my expectations, and I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

The worst part was the Caesar salad — it was absolutely terrible. The lettuce wasn’t fresh, the dressing had a really unpleasant taste.

Also, the prices are way too high for the quality of the food. I honestly feel like I wasted my money. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this experience was really frustrating and I think people should know...
