Super good cortado with Costa Rican beans. A hint of caramelized coarse sugar on top, then very dark chocolaty.
Parmesean bun to-go (and the chocolate one and everything else looks tempting too). So soft, fluffy, cheesy, and bursting with flavorful tomatoey pesto, cheese, and flaky salt.
I ended up getting the ma’amoul before leaving : first time seeing it in a layered shape. Not crumbly yet melts in mouth, with a little cinnamon taste.
