While visiting Haifa area, my wife and I decided to have lunch there. I have been there several times but for my wife it was the first time. Spoke English to the restaurant staff since my wife not hebrew speaking. All other table spoke Arabic. We order our main course and while waiting we got 2 salads, olives, 2 pita bread and thats it.
