Landwer Cafe — Restaurant in Haifa

If i could give this place less than 1 star i would. We arrived for lunch, and after sitting inside for 10 minutes we had to go ask for a menu since no one akcklowdged us. When asking for the menu the worker was sitting on his phone with all the other workers that seemed to be doing nothing since the place was basically empty. When the food was ready some girl that seemed in charge asked the waiter to leave the food and go do something else that was poinltess before serving us which resulted in cold food. TERRIBLE! I ordered food from this restaurant. After two hours of waiting I called them to ask about my order and they told me that the delivery guy had a problem but he will be here in around five minutes. After twenty minutes of waiting I call back and they lost my order and that I won't be receiving my food. I waited 3 hours and I did not receive the food at all. They told me they are going to call me to see how they can compensate this situation and of course they did not call. I definitely do not recommend ordering from this restaurant.
