Dear Friends, I would like to share with you the horrible experience that I had with Wok Republic (Florentin, Tel Aviv). Last Tuesday while we were working in the studio, we ordered lunch for 6 people from Wok Republic. My partner ordered online and paid with her credit card. When the delivery guy came around 14:50, I went to take the food from him. I did not know that my partner had already paid for the lunch so I paid again to the guy in cash. He even asked me how much I wanted to leave as tip. Today (02/01/2017) we sat down on the budget and realized that we actually paid twice for the same meal. We called the restaurant. We explained what happened to the girl on the phone and she told us to wait for a few minutes. Then, she came back and said that as far as they could see we paid only once with the credit card and refused to call the delivery guy to check what happened. She told us that there was nothing to do and anyway 6 days had already passed. So as of now we paid twice for an expensive meal and the restaurant refuses to do anything about it.
