Mezcalito — Restaurant in Tel-Aviv

Starting with the stone-faced waitress who slams down your food and the nachos dressed with the no-name cheese whiz, this was hands down the worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. The margarita would have been better if bought at AM:PM and served in a slushie machine. The only thing going for this place is it’s across the street across from the 24 h laundromat. But on second thought my laundry would probably have been better if I brought my own bag of chips. AVOID. There is so much better on offer in the neighbourhood. SO...

*Delivery by Wolt Ordered a Barbacoa Burrito and a Mexican corn soup. Soup- a nice portion (also came in hot, which is great), great flavors together with the fresh lime and avocado chunks. Burrito- crispy tortilla and good flavored meat, overall a really solid burrito. In some spots the meat was dry, but it wasn’t too bad. Also the burrito came in a bit cold while the delivery was really fast, (perhaps they should go for a better packaging for the burrito).

Very good Burritos and Tacos are served here and they make some of their salsas and nachos in house too. An average price for a person would go around 60-100 without alcohol depending on a shared starter and a beverage.
