I've had several experiences at Kanu throughout the years which were very different from one another. The service is always nice and welcoming, yet the food ranged between satisfying to sloppy, never accurate. The pho is tasty yet definitely not as a reflection of Vietnamese cuisine. The Rolls are heavy handed and messy, more like Tel Aviv Pita experience than anything from the east. The chicken curry is a big miss here, don't order it and the reason for this low rate review. Extremely overcooked and dry chicken in simple curry with chunks of spice that you don't want to bite into, garnished beautifully.

Where are the herbs dawg? Where are the limes? At first I saw crab for 40 shek, I was like what a great price for crab! Then we got the darn thing and we realized that they were just way overcharging for fake crab. Ridik. But, like I said, wonderful service. Tip ur...
