Gusto — Restaurant in Tel-Aviv

Firstly the menu is plentiful which was quite nice that everything I read on it made my mouth water, so instead of 1 starter I ordered 2 , when it arrived I was really disappointed, as I ordered artichoke with red onion and something else, they should have printed red onion with a hint of artichoke, there was so much onion and also cut long slices that it was not pleasant to eat, the carpaccio that I ordered was lacking in taste and the some of the meat pieces were sliced to thick. My main course I had pizza with bacon and mushrooms that was a bit salty but not too bad, my daughter had bolognese with linguine, I've tasted much much better bolognese in my life. Very good food and hospitality people.. The restaurant is near Rubin square with fine decoration. The owner or maybe waitress (not sure, a very lovely lady, speaks Italian and tried to explain to us all the dishes, and always tried to make sure we have being well taken care of. So we ordered the bread, cheese, another kinda cheese, pizza and home made pasta, all of them are all amazing(heads-up: pizza is a bit salty), my friends and I had a great dinner from there. Moreover, the price is not expensive and totally acceptable. Sorry I don’t remember the correct name of the dishes.... hope the pictures will be helpful :) —we will definitely go there again. In terms of waiting time: we had a table and despite that we spent quite a lot of time waiting. Even after we were seated, it has taken too much time to write down our orders and to pay the bill. We visited for an hour and spent 20 minutes eating - the rest was waiting time.

The utensils were dirty, and when given to the waitress she just took it without the thought of bringing clean ones.

The pizza itself was very delicious although extremely expensive. And by pizza I mean the middle of the pizza, because the crust was super thin, unlike traditional pizza, and had the taste of laffa bread.
