HaMosad for Special Sandwiches — Restaurant in Tel-Aviv

@mosad_sandwich Jasuha burger. served in a soft bun with gravy mix made with cream a bit of wine and Camembert cheese, topped with tomato lettuce and the cheese Personal never got the lettuce in got grilled onion instead and tons of pickles unless the kitchen messed up with the order and they never told me. Loved what I received in the end but not sure it's what I supposed to have as original to the menu. The potatoes were a total disappointment. Not even worth mentioned they were that bad one bite and could get the best to my stomach. 3/4 on the fork scale. even tho they messed up with my order they messed up with a good tasty burger. Unlike other places when they mess up usually surprisingly bad....

HaMosad used to be one of my regular burger take-aways with my wife. After last night's experience, I will never ever return.

We live a 4 minute motorbike ride away from this place so the food typically would arrive very hot.

Last night, our food came and both of the burgers (or as they call them 'sandwiches') were FREEZING COLD - not just luke warm..freezing!

I spent over 90 minutes waiting for Wolt support to fix it, who claimed they could do nothing because the restaurant said the 'sandwich should not come hot'....most bizarre comment ever?

The chips and potatoes were also freezing cold and the chips did not have the parmesan/salt like they should have had.

I then thought I would call the restaurant but what a mistake. The staff member said to me 'our manager will sort it' and hung up!!!!

Never will I return to Hamosad again - shame, I loved their food but come on, with everything going on...trust your customers and stop arguing with them (or hanging...

My experience with this place was absolutely terrible. The food arrived cold, and one of the two meals I ordered was missing. When I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, the person in charge was unhelpful and indifferent. It took an unreasonably long time to get them to send the missing meal, leaving me and my wife waiting.

Even after they finally agreed to deliver the second meal, they flat-out refused to offer any sort of compensation.

If you're okay with eating cold food while your partner watches you starve, this is the place for you. Otherwise, there are plenty of better burger joints out there—ones that know how to run a restaurant properly and actually care about their customers.

This place, on the other hand, feels like it's run by amateurs, and it shows. If I had the option, I would have canceled the entire order and gotten food elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this disaster of...
