The Transalp organisation booked two rooms for us at Goldene Traube but when we arrived, we had to wait a long time before the owner finally came to the restaurant to assign the rooms. It appeared he didn't keep two rooms for us so one of us was brought to a room somewhere else in town. Not a big problem so far, but in the morning he didn't pick us up as promised to go for breakfast (which appeared to be served in a third location elsewhere in town and very diffucult to find without directions). In the end we didn't see anybody of the staff anymore in the morning. Big disappointment and a lesson for us and you: don't trust the owner if he promises something and at least arrange a plan B to be safe. +: the food was good. Non ci siamo ....Ho soggiornato su questa struttura una notte per visitare i mercatini di natale; al Ns arrivo verso mezzogiorno non ci registrano, non ci chiedono i documenti, ci portano direttamente in camera che si presenta fredda (riscaldamento spento), il titolare apre il riscaldamento e ci rassicura che in un oretta la stanza si sarebbe riscaldata...ok ....scendiamo per pranzare sul ristorante dell' hotel , mangiato bene, ma scordatevi lo sconto del 10% indicato sul sito per gli ospiti dell' hotel...pago prezzo pieno. Dopo un' ora risalgo in camera , il riscaldamento non funziona, allora decidiamo di andare per mercatini (prima di uscire avvisiamo il personale che il riscaldamento non funziona in camera, ci rassicurano che il problema sarebbe stato risolto). Dopo una giornata ai mercatini al rientro prenoto al ristorante dell' hotel , prima di accomodarmi in sala salgo in camera che è ancora fredda...chiamo il titolare , il quale era evidentemente occupato col servizio al ristorante, ci risponde che il termo funziona su tutta la struttura, lo invito a salire in camera per verificare di persona e appena entrato si accorge che il riscadamento funziona solo in bagno ma non in camera ed a quel punto ci trova la soluzione: scende le scale e risale con una stufetta elettrica (quelle a ventola) e ci dice che in trenta minuti la stanza sarebbe stata bella calda...vabbè...abbiamo dormito tutta la notte con la ventola della stufetta che partiva ogni due ore e dolce risveglio con gola secca (in camera non è presente frigo bar e nn c'è nessun set di cortesia, neanche una bottiglietta d' acqua...cosa che su una struttura 4 stelle ci si aspetterebbe). Il mattino seguente andiamo a fare colazione che viene servità su un' altra struttura a circa 150 metri dall' hotel , devo dire che la colazione era varia e buona....terminata la colazione vado dal titolare e questo mi presenta il prezzo pieno (196 Euro per una notte)....ritengo che abbia perso un' occasione per dimostrarsi elegante e propormi uno sconto vista la situazione che abbiamo sopportato...|Non...
