PERNHOF Restaurant Pizzeria — Restaurant in Überetsch-Unterland - Oltradige-Bassa Atesina

We chose this venue as it was very close to where we were staying. We were very excited by the view from the balcony, as it was lovely to look over the valley. The staff were very welcoming and found us a table quickly. We ordered wine and two pizzas and they came fast. We spoke in Italian for the duration of the evening to the staff.

From that point we were forgotten, before the pizza arrived we tried to order more wine. The wine never came. Once they brought the pizza we tried again to order more wine, it never came. Half way through eating the pizza we tried again to order more wine, and it never came.

At the end of the meal the wine was not on the bill, so the message must not have got through, even though they put it on their tablet. This restaurant is missing a trick as we wished to spend more money but they would not take the order.

We left having a very cheap meal, pizza was good. Top tip, order lots of wine on arrival, to see you...

What a rude Manager/ Owner. Went to check if they had availability and manager snapped with some comment like “ I’m writing something down. When I asked how long wait would be again she snapped with “ I’m busy “ very unpleasant and rude so I left and found a lovely little spot down the road whom were welcoming and polite. Avoid, nobody needs rudeness when they go out for a meal.

I have seen your reply and the fact that you don’t own the rudeness and suggest it didn’t happen is the exact behaviour I witnessed, taking no responsibility and putting blame on someone else and...

Wir waren als Familie mit Baby zwei mal in der Pizzeria. Beim ersten Mal war soweit alles in Ordnung, Pasta war gut und leider mit zu wenig (2) Garnelen obwohl es eine Pasta mit nur Garnelen und Shrimps war. Beim zweiten Besuch wurde uns zu beginn der Bestellung mitgeteilt, dass Pizza einen Moment länger dauern würde als sonst. Am Ende warteten wir eine Stunde auf eine mager belegte Pizza . Auf Basis dieser Info fragten wir für unser Kleinkind nach ein paar Grissini um die Wartezeit auf die Pizza zu verkürzen. Wir erhielten die Grissini und bei Bezahlung kam die Überraschung, dass diese mit 2€ auf der Rechnung standen. Geht meiner Meinung...
