Excellent food overshadowed by, arrogant disrespectful, moody service from the gentleman with glasses! He basically couldn't be arsed with anyone, he lacks the understanding that customers pay his bills and wages, slamming drinks around, sighing, rolling his eyes for asking for drinks, we asked for ice creams and the bill and he rolled his eyes, we said 2 pistachio ice creams but as he was too busy being in a bad mood, he obviously didn't hear so he started saying come on and tapping his wrist as if it was a watch! We again said pistachio which he again sighed and reluctantly made them. We went twice, the first time we were served by a lady who was the polar opposite and so friendly and helpful! 10/10. He needs to take a leaf out of her book! She even offered us to try the flavour of the gelato before buying as there were no labels we weren't 100% sure you see. He overcharged us the second time as well, we got less and the bill was much more! He needs to sort his attitude out towards customers, he made everyone uncomfortable and feel like a burden. If there was a 10 star, it would get 11.. This place has the best pastries, coffee and staff I Aci Costello. In fact, a local gentleman asked us if we were visitors, and we stated "Yes"! He advised us that this place has the best cannolis in the area..maybe the best in Sicily! We concur.

We did not have cannolis the first time we visited, but cafe latte and cappuccino plus an assortment of sweets! Absolutely fabulous. Second visit with our travel mates and had the cannolis.
