The food was tasty, with generous portions – perfect for sharing, which was very convenient for the kids. The cocktails were really good, and the service was super friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the castle – a perfect spot to dine.

A small downside: there were quite a few teenagers playing football on the square, so we had to watch out for stray balls (of course, nothing to do with the restaurant itself). Also, it was a bit of a pity that they didn’t have mussels on the menu that evening.

Today at 4 p.m. it was raining, and we wanted to have a drink. Since two people were already sitting at a table, the place was clearly open. We sat down, and after we asked for freshly squeezed orange juice, the waiter told us they didn’t have any. He then added that they were only serving food—even though, apart from one occupied table, all the others were free and not even set for dining. So we got up and left the restaurant. We ordered a pizza and pasta dish, the pizza was fine but the pasta was very under-seasoned, we think the prawns were almost raw but not sure if this is the style or mistake. The service was fine and the waiters friendly but we were not offered menus and had to scan a QR code instead which is not our preference. The surroundings are lovely but there were lots of screaming children running around the square and kicking the football near our table several times, hardly relaxing.
