Chevere. Sushi & Poke — Restaurant in Acireale

Worst experience in Acireale ever. I’ve ordered a roll by the phone at 8pm (with a woman who spoke English), was even ok with delivery for 5 km from the restaurant to Santa Maria la Stella (12€). 18 + 12 = 30 euros with 5 km distance. At 8.24pm a guy called me and asked if could deliver after 9pm I said no and this person replied “ok Vado io”. I’ve called the place few times and they turned of the phone on my face and kept saying that the deliver guy was here in front of the house. I was outside on the street and the guy kept saying he was here so I’ve send him a video showing nobody was here. I told them I would take it but not paying the deliver because it was clear everything to me. If I said no I don’t know why they just did it different. The deliver guy showed me the delivers he had to do and this is the reason why they called but even saying no they still did it. Not professional at all. You shouldn’t at first place say that would be before nine the deliver and as well not call to ask if could be after nine when getting the reply no. I used to go to this place and never been so mistreated like this, from the 2 employees on the phone with such a terrible costumer service turning off the phone on my face to the lie. Terrible I can’t even give 1 star to this moment, night and people which. I refused to take it and I will never go to this place again, no understanding, no support, not even tried to be an honest place. Strategia disonesta e imbarazzante.

Scrivo questa recensione dopo la terza volta che prendo da asporto la pokè e per la terza volta di fila noto spiacevolmente la mancanza di cura non solo nella composizione, ma soprattutto nella selezione delle materie prime, per chi non siede al tavolo. Premetto che quelle volte che ho mangiato all'interno del locale, è sempre stato tutto a dir poco impeccabile, ed è per questo che non voglio penalizzare troppo con una sola stella, ma le foto allegate parlano chiaramente da sé: la prima immagine è di una pokè presa al locale, aldilà dal fatto che l'aspetto generale sia molto più invitante rispetto al secondo allegato, quello su cui voglio puntare l'attenzione è l'aspetto del pesce, nella prima foto di un colore vivido e saturato, nella seconda grigio, opaco, dall'odore sgradevole mascherato dalle stratificazioni di salse. Per non parlare dell'avocado, che tengo a specificare è un supplemento extra, alcuni tocchetti sono acerbi, altri addirittura ossidati (per non dire marci). Ciliegina sulla torta, mancano alcuni ingredienti, cosa che avrei potuto perdonare qualora tutto il resto fosse andato bene e non fossero stati inseriti alcuni che hanno tutto l'aspetto di essere veri e propri "scarti". Non ci siamo proprio, se ho sempre scelto questo posto per mangiare sushi e pokè è per la freschezza del pesce, se avessi ricercato questo livello di "qualità", avrei pagato il prezzo del pokè per fare un pranzo ad un all you can eat, anche perché voglio ricordare, stiamo parlando di...
