September 19, 2024. The four of us at dinner here. Chicken & fries, chicken & salad. Both very delicious..suggestion is order 1/2 salad, 1/2 fries with chicken, . Service was excellent, very reasonably priced, the guy is a one man show, .if we were staying in town, we would DEFINITELY eat here again

Lovely service! Although we arrived at lunch time when all restaurants are closed, they made me a delicious veggie salad that was not even part of the regular menu, plus we could have fresh sandwiches and drinks at very decent prices. Super kind and nice staff, really grateful for them. :)

Avrò anche sbagliato a sceglierà dal menu ma: L’antipasto “tartare di tonno” mi hanno gentilmente offerto una scatoletta di tonno in scatola! (Vedi foto) L’antipasto “frittura di mare” è completamente surgelato ( ma non scritto nel menu.. ingenuo io a non averlo chiesto ma credevo che in Sicilia non fosse necessario) e comprendeva 2 SURIMI fritti ( manco al più triste dei cinesi lo fanno e loro scrivono gambero rosso :) ) DUE anelli di totano, e circa 20 gamberetti surgelati. La grigliata di tonno spada e gamberi dire che era un po’ troppo cotta era sminutivo, le fette erano stoppose. Il caffè dopo 2,30 ore di pranzo non è mai arrivato e quindi sono andato a pagare senza. I titolari simpatici ma cambiate il menu e mettete che fate solo roba da rosticceria e forse la pizza.

Wonderful lunch of homestyle traditional dishes, individually selected and prepared to each person’s order.

We were a group of five from Australia and the UK and we stopped here by chance after the Valley of the Temples. What a delight!

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the mother and son.

The food delicious! Chicken in breadcrumbs is excellent. Grilled swordfish, pasta, salads - all...

Eigentlich wollten wir wegen der guten Bewertungen auf Google dort Pasta essen gehen. Als wir jedoch am Nachmittag dort ankamen, war die Küche bereits geschlossen, sodass wir als Alternative einen Salat bestellten.

Was mich allerdings etwas gestört hat, war, dass der Salat in der Auslage in geöffneten Tüten präsentiert wurde. Als wir nach Thunfisch fragten, wurde uns eine Dose gezeigt. Mir ist bewusst, dass oft auch andere Restaurants auf solche Zutaten zurückgreifen, aber die Optik hat mein Esserlebnis leider beeinträchtigt.

Meine Frau entschied sich trotzdem für einen Salat, der mir allerdings etwas zu trocken erschien.

Vor dem Laden hängt momentan eine dunkle Plane zur Straße hin, was die Atmosphäre etwas gedrückt hat.

Die Bedienung war jedoch freundlich.

Vielleicht hatten wir einfach nur Pech an diesem Tag, denn die anderen Bewertungen versprechen eigentlich ein...
