Yo, let me just say—Monviso Coffee Factory is straight-up fire. I’ve been around, tasted some top-tier spots, but this place? Different level. The vibe’s chill, the coffee’s legit, and everything just runs smooth like clockwork.

But what really blew me away? Alessandro.

This dude is on point with everything—professional without being stiff, super welcoming, and he just gets people. You walk in and he’s already reading the room, handling customers like a pro, but always keeping it friendly. Like, bro’s got this natural charm that makes you feel like you’re a regular—even if it’s your first time.

The service? Impeccable. Attention to detail? Chef’s kiss. You can tell Alessandro actually cares about the craft and the experience. That kind of passion’s rare these days.

If you're ever in Alba and you don’t stop by Monviso, you’re honestly missing out. Respect to the whole crew—but major props to Alessandro. He’s...

What a delightful place to visit in Alba. The joy of the place is that it is the absolute antithesis of coffee snobbery - there is joy in every corner of the inventive menu, from classics to exotic dessert coffees. My opening gambit was a Coccolami - coffee with condensed milk at the bottom and all manner of coconut and cream delights on top. It was beautiful and absolutely delicious. My son had a mint coffee which on paper sounded quite bizarre but again, very tasty. I followed up with a classic espresso and can report it was also silky smooth and rich. The owner takes great pride in his work, is super friendly and speaks excellent English. The place itself is intimate, with a chilled jazz piano soundtrack (in a good way, trust me). Having waited two years to try it (it was closed for holidays in 2023) I am delighted it was worth...

Super arrogant stuff. I sat outside the waitress even say hi, so I went inside as I saw customers bringing coffee from inside by them own to make an order. I stay in queue for 10 minutes and he told me if I do not have take away I need to wait at the table. Nobody had takeaway in front of me so I really do not understand why he could not give me coffee as he did 5 Italians before me. Waited another 5 min and left.

PS: as I got again arrogant answer from the owner where he simply wrote that I should not write a reviews as I do not know anything. I would simply like to add that I worked for a quite long time at coffee place as barista and...

On weekends in October and November the owner, Alessandro, offers a private Coffee Journey experience which we REALLY enjoyed. We learned about the origins of coffee all over the world and since we are in Italy, we learned three different Italian ways of making espresso. The owner is super knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and we loved learning how to properly make a moka pot! We returned another day for a leisurely coffee and breakfast and its such a cozy, slow paced coffee lovers paradise.

Perfect location with rude shocking service on both occasions being here. The food and coffee is above standard and what you can expect from a tourist destination, it’s an extremely small cafe with 8/ 10 tables max. The hostess is beyond rude, and extremely disrespectful. No Covid 19 measures are adhered to, with children coughing and sneezing 1m from us. Further more we received a croissant with the plastic pipping lid. DATES VISITED - 09:12am 30 October 21 - 10:22am 31 October 21
