Set above a busy cafe of the same name and with an unimpressive entrance area it was a delight to discover our spacious and stylish room. Someone with a flair for decorating has used lovely traditional pieces and muted colours to set off the stunning ceiling fresco. A very spacious bathroom, excellent shower, comfortable bed, and perfect linen. A small balcony with tiny table setting would I imagine be useful for smokers. The view of the well preserved Medieval building across the road is a bonus. Yes the street cafe and passing crowds can be a little noisy but if it bothered you all is calm with the doors closed and quiet air conditioning is very effective if needed. ||Umberto and staff were welcoming and helpful with directions and getting a cab for us. As a second thought, considering the inside tables, the outside and the upstairs ones, in fact it's less small than it looks like at first.
