Been in sicily for a week now and we've had plenty of Pizza so far. This was the best until now. The dough was incredible. Soft and also crunchy. Slightly salty and the sweetness from the flour still intact. Truly amazing. The sheer amount of varieties they have is astonishing. We've had one with poppy seeds, almonds, ham and tomato jam (usually an outrageus combination) and they made it work. And we had a classic - Tuna and Onion. Also really great. The pomodoro was sweet, sour and salty. 10/10 would recommend. The service was also great. The ambiente is the only reason why they dont have a michelin star. Its close to a road. It’s rare that I award 5 Stars but here it’s a match. They have broader selection of pizzas than FC Chelsea goalkeepers (7).
We ordered 5 different pizzas and never i have been taken on such a coulinary pizza journey full of change. Even New Zealand’s landscapes would be jealous. They had veggie options that made you feel like your grandma gives you a long hug. Pizzas that made you feel like your treat after a long day of work.
The beer is in nice glasses and top noch as well.
